Max and Elisabeth, along with children Christine, Maria, Eva and Sebastian, are the 3rd generation of their family to run the Paulerhof.  It is an ORGANIC arable farm with dairy cattle and calves.

In summer, the dairy cows, young cattle and calves head up to our alpine pastures on the Wiedersbergerhorn in the Alpbach Valley; during the winter, they are kept in the barn and fed good-quality, healthy hay from our own meadows. We never use silage for our animals, only fresh and delightfully fragrant hay!

Here at the Paulerhof, our guests are able to experience an active and authentic farm.

The children, and their parents, too, are welcome to help us feed and milk the animals in the barn, as well as lend a hand in the field when it is time to harvest the hay, take a ride in the country with our gentle Haflinger mare, "Chantal", or play games with our rabbits or cat "Mietze".

Together with our guests, we take one-of-a-kind hikes up to our alpine pastures, or to one of the beautiful peaks of the Zillertal Alps.

In our micro schnapps distillery, we put our heart and soul into the production of good, authentic, unadulterated pear schnapps - and our guests are always encouraged to sample some of the final product.

Our guests may well be coming to a farm - but that in no way means that they have to go without all the comforts, good taste or cleanliness. In fact, we place great emphasis on all of those factors.  Our vacation apartments are new and very beautifully furnished, offering every imaginable amenity you could hope for during your holidays.

CHILDREN-FRIENDLY - a motto for many, a top priority for us. From the littlest youngsters to the biggest ones, we always try to keep in touch with their needs and interests.  The caring interaction of man and beast plays an integral role in all we do on this farm.
