At the Paulerhof, vacationers can head out into the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area in Kaltenbach, which is only 2 km away. It's less than 5 min. to the lifts by car, and the free ski bus, which runs every half hour, stops right around the corner - 150 m from the house!
Freedom on 90,7 of slopes from 7:30 am to sunset with the famous peaks of the Zillertal Alps always in sight. 39 lifts in the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area lead up to an elevation of 2,377 m. How you make your way back down into the valley is up to you - there is a good mixture of blue, challenging red, and thrilling black slopes to choose from.

The best conditions
This area offers the best conditions for sports training or a family vacation with ski schools, a ski rental, and a kindergarten right at the summit station. The two valley runs to Kaltenbach and Aschau are undoubtedly among the most beautiful ski slopes, and the 10 km of ski routes are perfect for exploring and freeriding.
The Betterpark Hochzillertal has made a name for itself among snowboarders. It is located directly near the 8-pers. chair lift. You can then choose among the pro line, medium line, and beginner line. There are wallrides, boxes, and jumps (a total of 14 in the Betterpark) for every ability level.
The Zillertal promises pure variety, because along with the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen ski area, you will find many other ski areas between elevations of 1,300 and 3,250 m throughout the Zillertal:

A total of 180 lifts will take you directly up to skiing enjoyment from the end of November to mid April. In the year-round skiing area on the Hintertux glacier, you can carve down the slopes even after other ski areas close.
